Yes! Special requests will be honored if submitted to management prior to your appointment. Cleaners cannot accept new requests on-site but are happy to follow pre-approved instructions.
Our standard cleaning includes:

– Kitchens: Wiping counters, cleaning appliance exteriors, sanitizing sinks, and cleaning the microwave.

Deep cleaning is a more thorough service, focusing on details often skipped during routine cleanings, such as baseboards, light fixtures, and behind appliances. Ideal for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.

We recommend taking a few minutes to pick up personal clothing, toys, and other household items before your cleaning day. This allows our cleaners to focus on actual cleaning rather than decluttering.
– If we consistently spend significant time decluttering: We will contact you to ask you to prepare your home for future visits or adjust your rate accordingly.
– If you don’t have time to declutter: That’s fine! We can handle it for you at an additional charge.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $70 to cover our cleaners’ time.
